This recertification course is 3 hours and takes via Zoom on 11-17-20 from 12pm to 3pm.  You will be emailed a link to the training about an hour before class starts. All levels PCM practitioners can recert in this class.

Professional Crisis Management (PCM) is a reactive strategies course. While there is a very strong verbal component there will also be much physical practice. As such, participants should wear sneakers and dress in clothing that allows movement. Skirts, flip-flops, boots, tight clothing, etc. are not appropriate. Participants that are not properly dressed may not be allowed to participate for safety reasons.
